Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Rashed Tech application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

These Terms apply to all Rashed Tech apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Individual apps may have supplemental terms linked from their own pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country) to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some Apps require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at support@rashed-tech.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. License to use our apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

5. Purchases & subscriptions

Some Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not process payment card data directly.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

6. User content

Where our Apps allow you to submit, upload, or create content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the App.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use our Apps to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the operation of the Apps or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in our Apps are owned by Rashed Tech or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashed Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using our Apps at any time. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rashed Tech is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via the App or our website.
