Rashed Tech ("we", "us", or "our") operates a portfolio of mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, spanning entertainment, lifestyle, and gaming categories.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data across all our apps. Some apps may have supplemental privacy notices — those are linked from each app's page on our website.

• Content you create or upload within the app (e.g. saved items, preferences)

We retain personal data for as long as you use our apps, or as long as needed to comply with our legal obligations. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

Some of our apps are family-friendly or may be used by children. Where applicable, those apps have additional child-safety measures described in their individual privacy notices.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and keep your device software up to date.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we may also provide in-app notifications. Continued use of our apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
